Have you brought your bike to Barcelona or have you managed to get hold of one? Well, don't wait any longer and get pedalling! The most complete option is the Ronda Verda, a 72-km circular cycling route with signposted paths and bike lanes that will take you to some of Barcelona's greenest areas and natural parks. The Ronda Verda is divided into six sections. The section comprising the Parc de Collserola will take you to a beautiful oasis of natural scenery that boasts spectacular views of the city. The Parc Fluvial del Besòs is a riverside park that stands on recently reclaimed land and has large, open spaces where you can relax and exercise. The Parc de la Serralada de Marina will take you to hilltop chapels and monasteries… and even an Iberian settlement! The seafront section will take you along miles of beaches. The section on Montjuïc hill will put your stamina to the test, with its demanding climbs and descents that will treat you to unique panoramic views of Barcelona. The Llobregat section passes through a wealth of flora and fauna along the banks of the river of the same name.

In addition to the Ronda Verda, the Parc Natural de Collserola offers more than 250 km of paths you can explore on your bike. Not sure where to start? The visitor centre will tell you about all the available routes so you can choose the one that best suits your abilities.
